Crystal Wang is a Personal Real Estate Corporation with Sutton Group - 1st West Realty, working out of Richmond and across Metro Vancouver. Her practice is built around Richmond's established neighbourhoods — Broadmoor, Quilchena, Granville, Lackner, Steveston and Riverdale — with regular work in Vancouver's west side, Burnaby, Surrey and Delta.
A home sale is the largest transaction most families ever make. Crystal's job is to take the complexity out of it: pricing grounded in real comparable sales, a listing presented properly, and negotiation that protects your position from the first showing to the final signature.
She works in English and Mandarin, and is available to clients directly — not through an assistant.
